WARRANTY

All National Sheet Metal Systems, Inc. (NSMS) products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of shipment. A twenty (20) year performance warranty against wind blow-off (up to 110 mph, or Hurricane Category 2), is available on specifically engineered designs. NSMS will consider offering alternative product warranties on a job-by-job basis according to a project's specific geographic location, building height or dynamics. Product modification may be required to attain required "wind loads". Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of NSMS furnished materials only. No other warranties are either expressed or implied unless so stated in writing.
